This 2006 Yamaha Banshee 350 is a special-edition model commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Yamaha Motor Company with vintage-styled black and white graphics on the yellow bodywork. Powered by a 347cc two-stroke parallel twin mated to a six-speed transmission, it is equipped with front and rear disc brakes, aluminum wheels, double-wishbone front suspension, adjustable monoshock rear suspension, a kick starter, dual Mikuni carburetors, dual high-mount expansion chamber exhausts, front and rear lighting, skid plates, and a black solo seat. The quad is said to have spent time in Illinois and Texas and was acquired by the selling dealer in 2022. Reported work in preparation for the sale included cleaning the carburetors, changing the transmission oil, and replacing the fuel lines. This Banshee is now offered by the selling dealer in Florida with two keys and a clean Illinois title.
The yellow bodywork wears vintage-themed black and white graphics and is mounted over a silver-finished tubular steel frame. Additional features include a black solo seat, a 3.2-gallon fuel tank, and dual round headlights with grilles along with a taillight, front and rear grab bars, and skid plates at the front and under the engine and swingarm.
Silver aluminum multi-piece wheels are mounted with 21×7-10 front and 20×10-9 rear Dunlop tires. The independent front suspension consists of preload-adjustable coilover shocks and double wishbones, and the rear features a swingarm and linkage working with an adjustable piggyback-reservoir monoshock. Braking is supplied by a disc at each front wheel as well as a single disc on the rear axle.
The radiator shroud is finished with faux-carbon graphics and carries a commemorative 50th Anniversary emblem.
The silver-finished handlebar carries black grips as well as the clutch lever, parking-brake mechanism, and switchgear for ignition and lighting on the left along with a thumb throttle and front brake lever on the right. No odometer or hour meter is equipped, therefore total mileage is unknown.
The liquid-cooled 347cc two-stroke parallel twin was factory rated at 34 horsepower and is equipped with dual 26mm Mikuni carburetors, electronic ignition, a kick starter, and a dual high-mount expansion-chamber exhaust system that exits under the rear bodywork. The selling dealer states that the carburetors were cleaned and the fuel lines were replaced in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an oiled multi-disc clutch, a six-speed transmission, and a drive chain. The transmission oil was changed in preparation for the sale per the selling dealer.
